The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, has announced multiple regular job vacancies through Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) for eligible candidates domiciled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications are invited for the following posts:

1. Assistant (BPS-16)

• Qualification: Second Class Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Total Posts: 04
• Age Limit: 21 to 32 years

2. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

• Qualification:
  • At least Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
    OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree with one-year Diploma in IT from a recognized board
• Total Posts: 04
• Age Limit: 22 to 30 years

3. Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

• Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board
• Skills Required:
  • Shorthand speed: 50 words per minute
  • English typing speed: 35 words per minute
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Total Posts: 07
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

4. Sub-Engineer (Civil) (BPS-12)

• Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil) from a recognized Board of Technical Education
• Total Posts: 70
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

5. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Qualification:
  • At least Second Division Intermediate or equivalent
  • Typing speed: 30 words per minute
• Total Posts: 11
• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years

6. Tracer (BPS-07)

• Qualification:
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Certificate in Surveying (6–9 months) or 3-month AutoCAD course
  • Computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Total Posts: 03
• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

📝 How to Apply (ETEA Application Procedure)

Eligible candidates can apply online by following these steps:

1. Visit the official ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk
2. Create an online profile and generate an E-Sahulat Token
3. Verify your CNIC through NADRA E-Sahulat
4. Apply for the desired post through the online application form
5. Generate the online deposit slip after submission
6. Deposit the prescribed test fee via Easypaisa, JazzCash, UBL Omni, or Agent
7. Keep the original bank deposit slip safely for future reference
8. Do not send documents to ETEA at this stage
9. Download Roll Number Slip from the ETEA website when announced
10. Appear in the screening test on the given date and venue
